B.C. Family Fishing Weekend Prize Draw

The Family Fishing Society of B.C. offer this FREE to enter prize draw to all Canadians (individuals who have lived in Canada for the preceding 12 months). To enter the prize draw no purchase is required. Those entering the prize draw who are under the age of 18 may only claim their prize with expressed written consent of a parent or guardian. By participating in the prize draw each entrant agrees to accept the rules of the prize draw.

Prize Draw Entry

To enter the prize draw one must complete the brief survey form either on the website (www.bcfamilyfishing.com) or by completing the prize draw form in the 2009 BC Family Fishing Weekend program booklets and submitting that to the Family Fishing Society of B.C. Only one entry per person please, duplicates will be disqualified. 2007 Prize Draw Entries will be accepted between June 06 and September 1st, 2009. Send written entries to Attn: The Family Fishing Society of B.C., 2326 Demamiel Place, Sooke, BC, BC,  V9Z 0Y4.

The Prizes:

The Family Fishing Society of B.C. agrees to provide (as listed on the website www.bcfamilyfishing.com prize page) the prizes as described. The Family Fishing Society of B.C. retains the right to change without notice any of the prizes. Prizes may have eligibility requirements. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and have no cash value. The Family Fishing Society of B.C. makes no endorsement of the prize products or their manufacturers or agents by offering that prize as part of the prize draw.

WAIVER/LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Prize draw entrants, by participating (and winners, by accepting a prize) release the Family Fishing Society of B.C. and their respective partners, vendors, agents, representatives, sponsors, service agencies and independent contractors, and each of their respective directors, officers, partners, employees and agents, including advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability with respect to participation in the promotion and possession or use of the prize(s) awarded and also acknowledge that they did not receive any representations, warranty or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness. In the case of any dispute, Family Fishing Society of B.C.'s decision is final.
